Settings

Open from Profile → Settings. Configure Invoice Settings (Transaction, Payment, WhatsApp, Reminder, e-Invoice, Custom Field), Company Profile, User Info (CA / Salesman / Custom roles), Personal Info, and Partners. Save stays locked until Complete Onboarding finishes.

E-Invoice Setting

Connect your account to the Iris GST / e-invoice panel so Billoxy can sync e-invoicing. When status is Not Onboarded, use Onboard Me with your GSTIN and username — see also <a href="/features/e-invoice">E-Invoice</a>.

What you see on the card

  • Business / entity name on the e-invoice card
  • GSTIN used for e-invoice registration
  • User Name (often the registered mobile / portal user)
  • Connection Status — for example Not Onboarded until you complete setup
  • Primary action: Onboard Me to connect and sync with the Iris / e-invoice panel

Onboard flow

  1. 1Open Settings → E-Invoice (or EInvoice)
  2. 2Confirm GSTIN and User Name on the card match your company
  3. 3If status is Not Onboarded, click Onboard Me
  4. 4Complete authentication / registration with the e-invoice panel
  5. 5After success, Connection Status updates and Billoxy can sync e-invoice operations for supported documents

E-invoice sync is inactive — you cannot push invoices through the connected panel yet.

After Onboard Me

Account links to the e-invoice panel; system can sync eligible invoice actions.

GSTIN mismatch

Wrong GSTIN on Company Info can block or confuse onboarding — fix Company Info first.

S

Sync

Once connected, Billoxy uses this link for e-invoice panel communication on supported invoices.

Tip

Complete Company Info GSTIN and registration type before onboarding so the e-invoice card matches your legal entity.

Frequently asked

Is e-invoice the same as printing a GST invoice PDF?+

No. PDF print is your document layout. E-Invoice onboarding connects to the e-invoice panel for IRN / sync flows required for eligible B2B e-invoicing.
