Settings

Open from Profile → Settings. Configure Invoice Settings (Transaction, Payment, WhatsApp, Reminder, e-Invoice, Custom Field), Company Profile, User Info (CA / Salesman / Custom roles), Personal Info, and Partners. Save stays locked until Complete Onboarding finishes.

Company Info Tab

Update your company logo, signature, business name, GSTIN, GST registration type, and address fields — these drive invoices, PDFs, and e-invoice identity.

What users can update

  • Logo — appears on documents and branded PDFs where templates use company logo
  • Signature — used on printed / PDF invoices and orders when signature is enabled
  • Company / business name
  • GSTIN and GST registration type
  • Address fields (line, city, state, pin, and related company address data)

Future document PDFs and headers use the new logo after Save.

Tip

After changing logo or GSTIN, regenerate a sample invoice preview and re-check E-Invoice status if you are onboarded — see E-Invoice (Iris) and plan limits under Subscription.

Frequently asked

Is Company Info the same as Personal Info?+

No. Company Info is the business profile. Personal Info is the logged-in user’s name, photo, and verified phone/email. User Info covers team roles (CA / Salesman / Custom).
