Settings

Open from Profile → Settings. Configure Invoice Settings (Transaction, Payment, WhatsApp, Reminder, e-Invoice, Custom Field), Company Profile, User Info (CA / Salesman / Custom roles), Personal Info, and Partners. Save stays locked until Complete Onboarding finishes.

Reminder Tab

Never miss a moment — turn on My Reminder or Party Reminder channels, then configure Payment Reminder, Low Stock Reminder, and Unbill Order Reminder with their timing options.

My Reminder vs Party Reminder

  • My Reminder — notifications for you / your Billoxy user: WhatsApp (Coming Soon), Email, In App, SMS
  • Party Reminder — notifications toward parties (customers/suppliers): WhatsApp (Coming Soon), Email, SMS
  • Each channel has its own switch — turn on only the channels you want to use
  • WhatsApp may show Coming Soon until that channel is available; Email / SMS / In App work when enabled

My Reminder = internal alerts to you. Party Reminder = outward reminders related to parties.

Specialized reminder cards

P

Payment Reminder

Easy reminder for collecting money. Timing: 3 days before due date, On due date, or 1 day after due date.

L

Low Stock Reminder

Easy reminder for low stock. Options: Daily reminder (EOF) or Remind as Trigger.

U

Unbill Order Reminder

Easy reminder for opening / unbilled orders. Options: 1 day, 3 days, or 1 week after order create time.

How each card works

  • Each card has a master toggle (top right). When OFF, its timing options are disabled / greyed out
  • Turn the card ON, then pick one radio option for when the reminder should fire
  • Payment Reminder uses due-date offsets — ideal with invoice open balances
  • Low Stock Reminder watches inventory thresholds or daily end-of-day checks
  • Unbill Order Reminder chases sales orders that were created but not yet billed, by create-time age
  • Click Save at the top of Reminder settings to apply all changes

Channels (My / Party) decide how alerts are delivered; cards decide which business events create reminders and when.

Channel ON/OFF

Enabling Email under My Reminder starts emailing you; disabling stops that channel only.

Timing radio

Switching Payment Reminder from “3 days before” to “1 day after” moves future collection reminders.

Turning Unbill Order Reminder off stops chase alerts for unbilled orders until you enable it again.

Unsaved toggles do not change live reminder behavior.

Typical setup for collections + orders

  1. 1Open Settings → Reminder
  2. 2Under My Reminder / Party Reminder, enable Email and/or SMS (and WhatsApp when available)
  3. 3Turn ON Payment Reminder → choose 3 days before, On due date, or 1 day after
  4. 4Turn ON Unbill Order Reminder → choose 1 day / 3 days / 1 week after order create
  5. 5Optionally enable Low Stock Reminder for inventory
  6. 6Click Save
Tip

Pair Payment Reminder with open-balance invoices and Unbill Order Reminder with Sales Order convert workflows. Configure WhatsApp message text under Settings → WhatsApp. Party Reminder channels need correct party phone/email on the Party master.

Frequently asked

Why is WhatsApp Coming Soon?+

WhatsApp on Reminder channels may not be live yet in your build. Use Email, SMS, and In App (My Reminder) until WhatsApp is enabled. Preview WhatsApp share still uses Settings → WhatsApp templates.

Is Unbill Order the same as Payment Reminder?+

No. Unbill Order chases orders that were created but not invoiced (by create time). Payment Reminder chases money collection around invoice due dates.
