Sign in
Email + password, or mobile (+91) + OTP. Forgot password is only for email accounts.
New account
Register with phone → OTP → company (GST or manual) → your details → personalize → logged in.
Incomplete profile
Use the Complete Onboarding banner on Dashboard, Settings, and when creating documents.
Create & save
Finish onboarding first. Until then you can look around; you cannot create or save business documents or settings.
Quick checklist
Finishing register fully = profile is ready. If you stop early and later only log in by phone OTP, you may still need Complete Onboarding.
Recommended first-week setup: define Party and Item, create a Sales Invoice, record a Payment In, check the Dashboard and Reports, then connect Iris for E-Invoice when you are GST-ready.

Where do I start?+
Open https://app.billoxy.in (or Get Started on the landing site). Use Login for an existing account, or Register for a new one.
Do I need GST to create an account?+
No. During register or onboarding you can say you do not have a GSTIN and enter company name and address manually.
Can I use Billoxy before finishing onboarding?+
Yes for browsing: Dashboard, Sales, Purchase, Orders, Parties, Items, Reports, Cash & Bank, and lists. Create/edit/save of documents and Save Settings stay locked until onboarding is complete.
