Dashboard at a Glance
The Billoxy Dashboard (`/dashboard`) is your command center — Complete Onboarding when pending, finance cards, charts, stock stats, latest invoices, To Do List, and AI Insights.
What you see on the Dashboard
- Complete Onboarding banner (when pending) — finish setup via Simple Start to unlock create/save
- AI Insights — Intelligent report by Billoxy AI (subscribed plans; see Subscription) — weekly auto + Run insights now
- Finance cards (Account Details) — To Collect → Payment In; To Pay → Payment Out; Bank → Bank; Cash → Cash — click a card to jump that module
- Charts: Sales Trend, Profit Trend, Stock Status, and Monthly Comparison (mobile See More / extra layouts)
- Stock stats — Stock In, Low Stock, and Out of Stock counts
- Total Profit (benefit) — sales vs purchases and expenses
- Latest Invoice Transactions — recent bills with status and collection progress
- To Do List — task panel near latest invoices (Coming soon where not yet enabled)

If onboarding is still pending, a banner appears at the top: Your Onboarding tasks are Pending — open Simple Start / Complete Onboarding to unlock full transaction creation. Click finance cards to jump Payment In, Payment Out, Bank, or Cash.

Where do I open the Dashboard?+
After login in the Billoxy web app, Dashboard is the home view. Mobile shows a lighter version with Billoxy AI, collect/pay, inventory, and charts.
Does the Dashboard update live?+
Yes — totals, KPIs, charts, and latest invoices come from your current business data (GetDashboardInformation). AI Insights refresh on the weekly schedule or when you Run insights now.
