Menu Inventory → Stocks (`/definitions/stocks`). Record Stock In and Stock Out with product, qty, unit, date, and description. You can also adjust stock from Items via Bulk Stock Adjustment.
Edit Stock Transaction
Edit Stock Transaction reopens a posted movement so you can fix dates, type, lines, or description — then save with Stock Edited Successfully.
Edit flow
- 1On the Stocks list, open ⋮ → Edit
- 2Page title: Edit Stock Transaction
- 3Update header, item lines (same ProductSelect from Item), category, description
- 4Save — Stock Edited Successfully
What you can change
- Transaction Number, Date, Type, Currency
- Add/remove lines; change quantities, units, prices, IMEI/serial when enabled
- Category and Description
- Grand Total recalculates for Stock In style documents

Prefer correcting via Edit when the slip is wrong; use a new Stock Out/In if you need a clear audit trail of reversal plus re-post.

Is there a separate View page?+
View Stock Transaction exists as a label; the web list opens Edit for changes. Mobile may show a lighter view stub.
