Stock

Menu Inventory → Stocks (`/definitions/stocks`). Record Stock In and Stock Out with product, qty, unit, date, and description. You can also adjust stock from Items via Bulk Stock Adjustment.

Stock Transactions List

Stock Transactions Overview lists every warehouse adjustment — search, filter by In/Out and slip type, switch table or grid, and bulk delete or export.

  • Page title: Stocks — heading Stock Transactions
  • Stock Transactions Overview KPI cards — Compared to last quarter (values from live data)
  • Search: Search stock (by transaction number)
  • CTA: New Stock Adjustment → Stock In or Stock Out
  • Empty: There are no data available… → + Create New Adjustment

The list is the warehouse movement register — every approved or cancelled In/Out adjustment.

Columns

  • Date — transaction date (sortable)
  • Status — Approved or Cancelled
  • Stock Adjustment Type — Stock In or Stock Out
  • Transaction Type — slip type name (Opening Stock, Add Stock, Scrap Slip, …)
  • Transaction Detail — document number
  • Transaction AMT — amount with range filter
  • Actions ⋮ → Edit

Stock In types

Add Stock, Input Slip, Opening Stock — inbound filters on the list.

O

Stock Out types

Usage Slip, Scrap Slip, Reduce Stock — outbound filters.

S

Status

Approved vs Cancelled so voided movements stay visible but separate.

Toggle layout; Excel export from the toolbar for accountants.

Tip

Filter Transaction Type to Opening Stock after go-live to verify opening movements; for per-SKU history open the product under Item → Transaction History.

Frequently asked

Why is Party Name in i18n but not always a column?+

Party Name exists in labels; the live Stocks table focuses on date, status, In/Out, transaction type, number, and amount. Grid may show firmName from the API when available. Party masters live under Party.
