Select a module (Product, Party, Transaction, or Business), enable the rule, customize condition / scope / channels, connect WhatsApp if needed, then receive updates in your inbox and chosen channels. Can I limit alerts to specific products or parties?
Yes — scope can be all entities or selected products/parties per rule.
Can I delete default system reminders?
No. Built-in rules cannot be deleted; turn them off or customize anytime.
Email and in-app together?
Yes, when Email is enabled on that rule. Each channel has its own toggle.
