WebReminder
Billoxy Reminder combines an easy in-app inbox with a flexible rules engine. Enable the alerts that matter — low stock, party balance limits (len-den), overdue payment reminders, or day-open/day-close digests. Configure rules, scope, channels, and recipients in the app at Settings → Notifications (`/settings?section=Notifications`). Built-in system rules stay available — customize or turn them off anytime, but you never lose them.

How it works

- 2Select a module (Product, Party, Transaction, or Business)
- 3Enable the rule you need and customize condition, scope, and delivery channels
- 4Connect WhatsApp under Settings if you want direct WhatsApp alerts
- 5Sit back — receive real-time updates in your inbox and chosen channels

Where do I set up Reminder?+
Open Settings → Notifications at /settings?section=Notifications. Manage rules module by module — conditions, scope, and channel preferences.
Can I delete default system reminders?+
No. Built-in system rules cannot be deleted, but you can turn them off or customize their settings anytime — see How customization works.
