You do not have to use an intent card. Type any business or Billoxy question in the composer. Clear period, party, and item names produce better answers.
Prompt tips
- Name the period — “this month”, “last quarter”, or exact dates
- Name the party or item exactly as in Billoxy when possible
- Say the goal — create, summarize, remind, compare, or explain
- Attach an image from the composer when a screenshot or photo helps context
- Stay in one thread for follow-ups; use New Chat when switching topics
