Open Billoxy AI Chat at `/ai-chat` (Try AI Chatbot / header AI Chat). Ask in plain language or tap quick intents — Create Invoice, Business Report, Marketing Report, Billoxy Support, and General Help. Complements Dashboard AI Insights; plan permissions and request limits apply.

Open AI Chat & sign in

Reach Billoxy AI from home CTAs, header, or the floating button. You land on `/ai-chat`. Sign in (or complete authorization) so the assistant can use your business context and plan permissions.

  1. 1From the landing home, click Try AI Chatbot / free-trial AI CTA
  2. 2Or use header / mobile menu AI Chat (or Log in, then chat)
  3. 3Or tap the floating AI chat button on site pages
  4. 4You land on /ai-chat
  5. 5If prompted, complete login / authorization so chat can connect
  6. 6When ready, you see Ask Billoxy and the intent cards

Before you ask

  • Use a Billoxy account with business data already set up (Simple Start)
  • Confirm AI features are on your plan — see Subscription and Plans & limits
  • Connection status shows in the chat header — wait until connected before sending

Bookmark /ai-chat. After login you can also open the Billoxy panel from the chat sidebar for classic screens.

Do I need to be logged in?+

Yes for full business-aware answers. Guests are guided through login / authorization on `/ai-chat`.

Chat stays on a loading or auth screen+

Finish sign-in, check network, and refresh. If the plan is expired, upgrade under Subscription.
