Open Billoxy AI Chat at `/ai-chat` (Try AI Chatbot / header AI Chat). Ask in plain language or tap quick intents — Create Invoice, Business Report, Marketing Report, Billoxy Support, and General Help. Complements Dashboard AI Insights; plan permissions and request limits apply.
New chat & history
Start New Chat when you change topic. The sidebar HISTORY section lists sessions filtered by Today, Yesterday, and Previous so you can reopen or delete local chat sessions.
Manage conversations
- 1Click New Chat in the sidebar (or mobile new-chat control) for a clean thread
- 2Open the sidebar HISTORY filters: Today, Yesterday, Previous
- 3Select a session to reload it in the main pane
- 4Delete a session from the list when you no longer need it

- One business question chain per chat keeps answers focused
- New Chat after switching from invoicing to marketing (or vice versa)
- History is stored for convenience in the browser — treat sensitive data carefully on shared devices

Sessions are managed in the chat client (local storage). Sign in on each device; do not rely on chat history as your only record of invoices or reports.
