Billoxy AI reads your business data and publishes an intelligent report — auto every Monday for subscribed plans (see <a href="/features/subscription">Subscription</a>), or whenever you tap Run insights now.

Weekly schedule (subscribed plans)
- 1On an active subscribed plan, Billoxy schedules AI Insights automatically
- 2Auto run is planned for every Monday (early morning — UI counts down to next Monday 5:00 AM)
- 3When the job finishes, insights appear on the Dashboard

Insights are sorted by priority and can show recommended, in-progress, completed, or dismissed action status.
Use weekly auto for a steady rhythm, and Run insights now after a busy sales week, stock bulk update, or month-end close so the report matches your latest data.
Frequently asked
Do I need a subscribed plan for weekly Insights?+
Yes — the Monday auto schedule applies to accounts on a subscribed plan. See Subscription. You can still use Run insights now when you want a report outside that schedule.
How long does Run insights now take?+
Generation starts immediately and usually takes a few minutes. You get an in-app notification and email when the report is ready.
Can I switch business and run Insights again?+
Yes. Insights are for the current business/tenant. Switch company, then Run insights now for that business anytime.
