Latest Invoice Transactions

The Latest Invoices Transactions table lists recent bills so you can jump back into party follow-up, status, amount, and collection progress.

Columns you get

  • Party Name — customer or party on the invoice
  • Invoice Details — invoice number and date
  • Status — current invoice status tag
  • Invoice AMT — total amount of the bill
  • Collection — remaining balance label, % collected, and a progress bar

Latest Invoices Transactions keeps recent sales activity one click from the Dashboard.

Ideal daily use

  1. 1Scan Status for unpaid or partial bills
  2. 2Check Collection progress bars for overdue follow-ups
  3. 3Open the invoice from the row when you need to share, collect, or edit
  4. 4Compare big recent amounts with Sales Trend and To Collect under Account Details

Tip

Empty state appears when there are no invoice transactions yet — create your first sales invoice after onboarding is Ready, then this table starts filling automatically.

Frequently asked

Is this the full invoice list?+

No — it is a latest/recent slice for the Dashboard. Use the full Sales Invoice / billing screens for search, filters, and bulk actions.

Does mobile show the same table?+

Mobile focuses on quick-create Transactions shortcuts and charts; the detailed Latest Invoices Transactions table is on the web Dashboard.
