Reports & GSTR

Use the Reports group for Sales Summary, Purchase Summary, Expense Summary, Sales Purchase Total, Order Summary, and Data Transfer logs. GST users open GSTR at `/reports/gstr` to create GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B / GSTR-4 for a period, then Generate, Download, or Delete. Most reports support period filters and export.

Data Transfer Log

The data transfer report logs Excel import jobs and errors so you can see what succeeded, what failed, and which Party or Item import to fix.

What the log shows

  • Excel import job history — when a transfer ran
  • Errors — rows or reasons that blocked a clean import
  • Use it after Party or Item bulk import to verify results
  • Fix masters via Party import or Item import, then re-check the log

Data Transfer is the audit trail for spreadsheet migrations into Billoxy.

After an Excel import

  1. 1Run Excel Import from Party or Item (or other supported masters)
  2. 2Open ReportsData Transfer (import job log)
  3. 3Review successes and errors
  4. 4Correct the sheet or masters and re-import if needed
Tip

Keep the failed Excel file and the error messages together. Most issues are missing required columns, duplicate codes, or invalid GSTIN / state values on Party rows.
