DesktopReports & GSTR
Use the Reports group for Sales Summary, Purchase Summary, Expense Summary, Sales Purchase Total, Order Summary, and Data Transfer logs. GST users open GSTR at `/reports/gstr` to create GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B / GSTR-4 for a period, then Generate, Download, or Delete. Most reports support period filters and export.
What are Reports & GSTR?
Reports & GSTR is the analytics and compliance hub — period filters and exports for sales, purchase, expense, and order summaries, plus GSTR-1 / 3B / 4 generation for GST users.

How to open Reports
- 1Open Billoxy → Reports (or GSTR under Reports)
- 2Pick the summary you need and set the period filter
- 3Export when you need a file outside the app
Quick links
Keep invoices and expenses posted for the full period before exporting or generating GSTR. Incomplete drafts distort summaries and return files.

Who sees GSTR?+
GST users. The GSTR menu is at `/reports/gstr`. Non-GST workflows still use the other summary reports.
Do reports create invoices?+
No. They aggregate existing documents. Create sales under Sales Invoice, purchases under Purchase Invoice, and expenses under Expenses.
