Automate Tally Sync

A background local service runs on auto-schedule or whenever you start a manual sync. It fetches live business records from Billoxy and posts them straight into Tally for party khata, items, sales & purchase bills, credit/debit notes, and expenses. Line-by-line status and clear error notes show you exactly what synced — so your team can finally say goodbye to manual double entry.

Overview

What is Automate Tally Sync?

Automate Tally Sync keeps your Tally books aligned with Billoxy. A local service pulls live business data from Billoxy and writes it into Tally — so your team stops duplicating parties, products, invoices, notes, and expenses by hand.

What it solves

  • No more manual re-entry of Billoxy documents into Tally
  • One local service handles fetch + push on a schedule or on demand
  • Covers masters and vouchers: party, product, purchase & sales invoices, debit / credit notes, and expenses
  • After every run, line-level sync status and clear error messages show what succeeded or failed
  • Works alongside day-to-day Billoxy modules — Party, Item, Sales Invoice, Purchase Invoice, Expenses
