Cash

Menu Cash/Bank → Cash Accounts (`/definitions/cash-account`). Create and manage petty cash accounts with balance and currency. From history record Collection, Payment, and Cash Transfer (shared with Bank and Party ledgers).

History

Cash Transaction History

Cash Account - Transaction Details is the ledger for one petty cash account — running Balance and New Transaction for Collection, Payment, and Cash Transfer.

How to open it

  1. 1On a Cash Account card → Transaction History
  2. 2Header: Cash Account - Transaction Details
  3. 3Top strip shows that account’s balance overview

Columns

  • Transaction Details — type and date
  • Invoice / Receipt / Document Number
  • Transaction Number
  • Process Details — party / process context
  • Amount
  • Balance — running balance after the row
  • Actions: Edit, Delete (hidden for Opening Balance), Download (Safe Collection Receipt)

Create Collection Slip — money in from a Party to this cash account.

Payment

Create Payment — money out from petty cash to a Party.

Cash Transfer

Move amount between this cash account and a Bank (or another cash destination type).

Tip

Bank history also offers Other Bank Process — see Bank → Transaction History. Cash stays on Collection, Payment, and Cash Transfer. Dedicated lists: Payment In and Payment Out.
