Menu Definitions → Parties (`/definitions/parties`). Manage customers and suppliers, import from Excel, see Outstanding Collection / Payment / Balanced, and open Party Transaction Details for Payment, Collection, Add Payment/Collection, and Remittance.
Delete Parties
Hard delete removes selected parties from the master; Change Status is the safer soft path when you only need to hide inactive contacts.

- 3Confirm: Are you sure you want to delete these items?

Delete vs Change Status
Delete
Hard remove from the Parties master — use when the contact was created by mistake or must not remain.
Change Status
Soft Active/Inactive — keeps history and is usually better for closed trading relationships.
Mobile
Delete is available from the party menu and swipe actions in addition to status change.
If the party has important ledger history, deactivate with Change Status instead of deleting so Transaction Details and old invoices stay coherent.
Frequently asked
Is there a single Delete on the web row menu?+
Web row actions focus on Edit, Transaction Details, and Change Status. Use row selection + bulk Delete to remove parties on web.
