What is Party?
Party is the Billoxy master for every business contact — customers you sell to, suppliers you buy from, or contacts that do both — so invoices, payments, and balances stay linked to one record.
View featureCreate a Party
Add New Party opens a full form — party type, identity, GSTIN lookup, additional details, then Address, Additional Contact, and Bank tabs.
View featureImport Parties from Excel
Excel Import lets you download a Billoxy template or upload an export from another billing tool, map columns, preview rows, and commit parties in bulk.
View featureDelete Parties
Hard delete removes selected parties from the master; Change Status is the safer soft path when you only need to hide inactive contacts.
