What you typically map
Identity
Party name, type (customer/supplier), phone, email, state, city, pincode.
Tax
GSTIN, PAN, GST registration type, entity type — when present in your sheet.
Books
Opening balance and as-of date so ledgers start correct after migration.
Bank / address
Address lines and bank/IFSC columns when your export includes them — map to the matching Billoxy fields shown after upload.
Billoxy target field titles are provided by the template API after upload — always map using the Billoxy Billing Field list on screen so required columns are not skipped.
