WebReminder
Billoxy Reminder combines an easy in-app inbox with a flexible rules engine. Enable the alerts that matter — low stock, party balance limits (len-den), overdue payment reminders, or day-open/day-close digests. Configure rules, scope, channels, and recipients in the app at Settings → Notifications (`/settings?section=Notifications`). Built-in system rules stay available — customize or turn them off anytime, but you never lose them.
How Customization Works
Every alert rule can be tuned in three simple steps: Condition, Scope, and Delivery. Turn rules on or off per module. Standard system reminders are protected — customize them anytime without worrying about accidental deletion.
Three steps per rule
- 1Condition — decide when the alert fires (minimum stock limits, inactivity days, overdue grace periods, daily report timing)
- 2Scope — apply to all records, or limit to specific high-value items/parties
- 3Delivery — pick channels and recipients (plus custom reminder schedules for pending and overdue bills)
System rules stay safe
- Easily turn rules on or off per module
- Standard system reminders are protected
- Customize settings anytime — you will never lose built-in rules
- You cannot delete default system reminders

Yes. Set the scope to cover all entities or select specific products/parties depending on the rule.
Can I delete default system reminders?+
No. Built-in system rules cannot be deleted, but you can turn them off or customize their settings anytime.
