Menu Purchases → Purchase Invoices (`/purchase/invoices`). Record supplier bills (and returns / credit / debit notes), track open payable balance, create Payment Out from preview, and link back to Purchase Orders.

Ideal monthly close check

  1. 1Filter invoices with Open > 0
  2. 2Open each preview — confirm Payment History and any Return / Debit / Credit
  3. 3Pay remaining open via Bank or Cash, or raise adjustments if goods/value changed
  4. 4Confirm list open amounts match what you expect for the period
Tip

Keep suppliers and items clean under Party and Item, money masters under Bank / Cash, and orders under Purchase Order — Purchase Invoice ties them together for the end user.
