- 1Filter invoices with Open > 0
- 2Open each preview — confirm Payment History and any Return / Debit / Credit
- 3Pay remaining open via Bank or Cash, or raise adjustments if goods/value changed
- 4Confirm list open amounts match what you expect for the period
Keep suppliers and items clean under Party and Item, money masters under Bank / Cash, and orders under Purchase Order — Purchase Invoice ties them together for the end user.
