WebSmart Notifications & Alerts
Billoxy Notifications combines an easy in-app inbox with a flexible rules engine. Enable the alerts that matter — low stock, party balance limits (len-den), overdue payment reminders, or day-open/day-close digests. Set rules, scope, channels, and recipients from Settings → Notifications. Built-in system rules stay available — customize or turn them off anytime, but you never lose them.

Set product minimums on the Item master where you already manage stock. Then enable Low stock under Notifications → Product so alerts match the same thresholds your team already trusts.
